As you know i'm reaching a special milestone in my life as i approach the golden age of 50. I reflect back at my life i feel truly blessed to have you all as friends and family which to me is the ultimate gift. I'm also lucky & glad that my occupation has allowed me to meet some wonderful people along my life's journey so far. I'm a great believer that in life you shouldn't just take, but you should also give back because it completes the soul. Therefore for my birthday i'm requesting no gifts, but instead i'd appreciate it & will be grateful if you could donate to a charity which is very dear to my heart: A.C.C.I. This charity raises awareness & supports African Caribbean’s suffering or at risk of mental ill health in the local community.
