Iron City N-Scale Modelers are hosting the 2nd annual T-TRAK module contest & fundraiser at the Altoona N-Scale Weekend. All proceeds will be going to the Pennsylvania SPCA in honor of Mike Phillips, the founder of the Altoona N-Scale Weekend.
