Story
Hi everyone,
I'm embarking on an incredible journey – a trek through the majestic Himalayas! This isn't just a personal challenge; it's an opportunity for me to make a real difference in the lives of others, and I'm asking for your support for a great cause: The Felix Project.
The Felix Project was established in 2016, in memory of Felix Byam-Shaw, and is London's largest food redistribution charity. They rescue good quality surplus food from over 500 suppliers and redistribute this to over 1,000 community organisations across London, supporting people experiencing food insecurity.
The reason I'm taking on the immense challenge of trekking through the Himalayas is because it combines my passion for adventure with my desire to contribute positively to society. This trek will test my limits, both physically and mentally - all for a good cause, that I will keep in mind as I face the breathtaking peaks and navigate challenging terrain.
Your donation, no matter how small, will help The Felix Project continue its mission to deliver millions of meals to people in need, preventing good food from going to waste.
Please join me in supporting this incredible cause and thank you for your generosity and belief in this challenge.
Warm Regards,
Idris
