With mental health being a priority in the school community where I work, I want to do something positive to help this cause. I am running the London Marathon in aid of The Samaritans to raise some much-needed money for them, but also importantly to help raise the profile of this amazing organisation. I know from personal experience how vital it is to have someone to talk to. I am lucky that I am surrounded by friends and family, but not all are this fortunate. The Samaritans provide this service for anyone who needs it.
