In 2024, over 50 of us cycled 125 miles in a day, Leicestershire to Norfolk raising over. £96,000 for hope against cancer, an incredible charity that have put Leicestershire on the map for vital cancer research in all aspects as well as providing hope against cancer!

This year, 23rd august 2025, we are aiming for 75 people to cycle Leicestershire to Norfolk in a very well organised event to raise £75,000!

I’m Alice, diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 24, secondary terminal by the age of 26, on 3.4.2025 I was diagnosed with a large brain tumour (5cm) but let me tell you, no amount of tumours in my lungs and brain tumors are stoping me from cycling. When diagnosed with cancer you either learn to fight or flight. Luckily I chose to fight, and fight is something I will do until the end. But also I chose to fundraise, having nearly raised £300,000 for incredible local cancer research charities I can only hope this helps those who face cancer in the present and future. 1 in 2 face cancer in their lifetime, cancer unfortunately pretty much effects everyone, may it be them personally or a loved one close to them. In all honesty it’s absolutely fucking shit. But let’s turn this negative into a positive and make that fight against cancer possible!
