On the 16th May 2026 I am climbing Snowdon which is the 3rd highest mountain in the U.K.

All the money raised will be donated to if Only... Charity who support adult survivors of child sexual abuse. The devastating effects of CSA are not only unbearable to the child at the time of the abuse, but they continue to affect the survivor for their entire life.

if Only... is run on a voluntary basis so any donation no matter how small will go towards the valuable work this charity does.
