On Saturday 4th May I will be taking on the zipwire challenge to raise vital funds for Conwy Mind; the local mental health charity that helps support people struggling in Conwy, Anglesey and Gwynedd. As well as raising funds I am hoping to raise awareness of the importance of talking and reaching out for help when you need it.

I know a lot of people who struggle with their mental health and have known a lot of people who struggled and sadly lost their life to suicide so this is a charity close to my heart as I understand how important it is to talk and have services like Conwy Mind available.

I will be raising money by completing all the Zipworld activities in one day - Velocity, Aero explorer, Fforest Coaster, Plummet and the Caverns. Money raised will go towards supporting Conwy Mind's free services that help so many local people who are struggling.
