The IFS Foundation US is investing in a series of projects with local communities in remote and rural areas of Sri Lanka focusing on five areas: sanitation, healthcare, education, access to clean water and employment opportunities.

Story

The IFS Foundation invests in public health and education to enable thriving, sustainable communities in remote, rural areas of Sri Lanka.

To raise awareness and much-needed funds, some of our IFS Australia staff in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane/Sunshine Coast will embark on four hikes, occurring simultaneously, on Friday 11th July 2025.

We are aiming to raise enough funds to improve the sanitation for communities within Sri Lanka (a region where IFS focus our philanthropic attention).

- In Melbourne we will complete the Dandenong Ranges loop.

- In Sydney we will complete the Manly Scenic Walkway.

- In Perth we will complete the Kalamunda to Mundaring Weir Hotel hike via the Bilbbulmun track.

- In Noosa (Queensland) we will complete a loop in the Noosa National park.
