Hi everyone!

As many of you already know, I am participating in the Ironman Frankfurt on August 18, 2024. This gruelling event consists of a 3.8-km swim, a 180-km bike ride, and a 42.2-km run. While I push my limits and strive to achieve this personal milestone, I am also dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children in desperate need of our help.

The ongoing crisis in Gaza has left countless children in urgent need of basic necessities such as food, clean water, medical care, and safe spaces. UNICEF's Children of Gaza Crisis Appeal is working tirelessly to provide these essentials and support the well-being of vulnerable children and their families.

Children are always the most affected in conflicts and crises. In Gaza, they are facing unimaginable hardships every day. By supporting UNICEF's appeal, we can contribute to critical interventions that can save lives and offer hope for a better future.
