Story

Dear IH Community,

As many of you are aware, Myanmar was recently struck by a devastating earthquake measuring 7.7 on the Richter scale. Thousands of lives were lost, and countless families — including some of our students — have been left without homes.

In response, IH Yangon-Mandalay has raised £3,000 for immediate rescue efforts and basic needs in the affected areas. We are also deeply grateful for the additional £4,000 in contributions from our partner organizations and friends.

We are now launching a second round of fundraising to support the rehabilitation of students who have lost family members or suffered life-changing injuries, as well as families whose homes were destroyed. If you would like to contribute to this cause, please feel free to donate via the link.

Your generosity will help us bring hope and healing to those in need.

With gratitude,

May Mon
