Story
This spring, I am supporting LUPUS UK by taking part in their “Spring into Action: 35 Challenge”.
I’ll be taking on the LUPUS UK 35-day walking challenge, which involves walking at least 1 mile every day for 35 days to raise awareness of lupus and support vital research and services for those affected.
Lupus is a long-term autoimmune disease where the immune system attacks healthy tissue, causing pain, extreme fatigue, and a range of symptoms that can make everyday life unpredictable and exhausting. It is often called an “invisible illness” because many people living with it may look well on the outside, while struggling every day on the inside.
To push myself and show support for those living with lupus, I’ll be walking 4 miles every day for 35 days.
I’m raising money for LUPUS UK, a charity that provides essential support, information, and funds research for those affected. Their work makes a real difference to people who often feel unseen and misunderstood.
If you are able to donate or even share this page, I would be truly grateful—every bit of support means a lot.
Thank you for reading and for your kindness 💜
