This October we are taking on the Malvern Hills Challenge, a tough walk across one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the country. The climbs will be steep, the paths uneven, but we are walking with purpose. We are raising vital funds for Gloucestershire Deaf Association, which has supported Deaf and hard of hearing people for over 100 years. Every step we take helps someone access hearing aid support, a lipreading class, a wellbeing group or a safe space where they are understood and included. For many Deaf and hard of hearing people, things others take for granted such as making a doctor appointment, joining a conversation at work or enjoying a family event can be full of barriers. GDA is there to break those barriers and create equal opportunities. Your support helps us provide life changing services, reduce isolation and ensure no one feels left out or unheard.
