Imogen's fundraiser for Headway - the brain injury association

Imogen Jordan is raising money for Headway - the brain injury association

Sydney Marathon 2026 · 30 August 2026 ·

EVERY 90 SECONDS someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury (ABI). There are many possible causes, such as a fall, a road traffic accident, an assault, a tumour or a stroke. A brain injury can happen to anyone, at any time. When it does, we're here to help

Story

This year, I'll be running the Sydney Marathon to raise money for Headway, a charity that supports people living with brain injuries, as well as their families and carers.

This cause is deeply personal to me. My mum lives with a brain injury following a brain tumour. It has given me a profound appreciation for the resilience it takes to adapt to a new normal, and for the importance of organisations that provide practical support and advocacy.

If you're able to support me, I'd be incredibly grateful. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Headway continue providing local support to people living with brain injuries and their families.
