Hey!

As many of you may know, I am running the London Marathon 2025 for Dementia UK!

Dementia UK holds a special place in my heart as my Nan sadly passed away in December 2019 and the later years of her life she suffered from Dementia. My Nan actually taught me how to bake and from a very young age we used to bake together and I caused chaos in the kitchen! She taught me everything I needed to know today and it's all paid off as now I have my own cake shop which has been a massive dream of mine, which unfortunately she never got to see but I know she would be so proud of me.

I do love a challenge so I thought I'd put that to the test by running a marathon! Obviously I've got loads of training to do and also a cake shop to run so I will definitely be going out on some training runs whilst my cakes are in the oven!
