Story
I'm running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on 6th April to raise money for Winston's Wish child bereavement charity. They helped me and my mum when my dad, Seymour, died suddenly in 2013. I want other children who have faced the loss of someone important to get support, and know that they aren't alone.
My dad wasn't a runner - apart from once at my school sports day (picture above) and would probably be very amused to know that his daughter runs, but I hope he'd be proud of me for doing this.
Winston’s Wish relies on voluntary charitable donations to support children and their families following the death of a parent, sibling or important person. Since 1992, they have helped tens of thousands of bereaved children and young people and, with your help, can help tens of thousands more during the most difficult time of their lives.
