The Rosemary Foundation provides palliative care in their own homes for people with life limiting illnesses and also support for their carers and families. There is no cost to the patient or their family. It operates within a 15 mile radius of Petersfield.

Story

I’m running the London Marathon and am fundraising for The Rosemary Foundation in memory of my grandmother Eileen and my uncle Chris who were both cared for by the amazing team.
