I have recently been impacted by the DOGE initiative & loss my job after an 8 minute meeting, notifying our organization that our federal contracts had been defunded & that that day was our last day! I will utilize the funds to prevent additional catastrophic losses for my family. I will be able to get caught up on my mortgage and prevent my home from going into foreclosure. I can get caught up on my car payment and stop my vehicle from getting repossessed. I can get caught up on all of my past due bills. The funds will stop my credit from being negatively impacting which will have a domino effect on my Security Clearance. Receiving these funds will allow me to once again maintain my financial obligations, while still in the process of actively seeking new employment in a now overly saturated unemployment market.
