Imperial Futsal's coach and former player Keion Ing, was diagnosed with blood cancer at 24 years old in December 2024. Futsal means the world to him as he still coached even during his intense chemotherapy treatment at the NHS. It is really difficult when you are first starting your life as a young adult, whether you are at university, high school or work, to have everything taken away from you in an instant is impossibly painful; for the individual but their loved ones as well.

But now, with Young Lives vs Cancer, we have the opportunity to help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. Every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you.
