I have been blessed with the opportunity of trekking to the summit of mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania on the 28th of May. It is the tallest free standing mountain in the world at 5,895 meter (19,341 feet) above sea level and is the highest peak in Africa.

I have decided to use this incredible challenge as an opportunity to raise money for the Hand on Heart foundation, a non-profit organisation helping those who are homeless and in need. I have had the pleasure of getting involved with this charity and seen the work and effort that the team tirelessly put in to help those in need around them!

I would have never imagined myself embarking on this challenge but here we are! Training hard and ready for the climb! Lets hope I make it to the top!
