As you are all aware the ordinary people in Gaza have been suffering in hell like circumstances sInce October 2023.

I am sure you will agree that the sooner the conflict can end the better – an immediate permanent ceasefire and a solution for lasting peace & security.

On 22 May 2024 I am going to do a 200 mile endurance running event across South Wales called the Wild Horse 200 to raise funds for Islamic Relief who have been delivering aid in the Gaza strip since the late 1980’s. The Wild Horse 200 is a timed event where you get 120 hours to complete the 200 miles on foot across the trails & mountains of South Wales. The event has live tracking throughout – so you will be able to follow my progress.

200 miles = 400,000 steps approx.

30,000 ft of ascent is like climbing 2150 floors

The longest event that I have completed to date is 110 miles – so this will be quite a step up for me– and my training is well underway.
