Rachael and Sarah are completing the 26mile hike across the Cotswolds to raise money for the Alzheimer’s society in memory of their much missed Mum (Doreen) and Nan (Lily). Dementia can do one! So every little raised helps to fund research to get us one step closer and support the lives of those affected by this horrible condition!
