This page has been created in loving memory of my mum, Fay, who struggled with mental illness and depression for a long period of time.

She was a kind and caring person who meant so much to those who knew her. Like many others, she faced challenges that weren’t always visible. Mental illness can be incredibly isolating, and it affects far more people than we often realise.

We chose to support Mind in Fay’s memory because of the vital work they do to help people living with mental health problems. They offer support, raise awareness, and campaign for better services and greater understanding.

By creating this page in Mum’s memory, we hope to honour her life and help raise awareness about the realities of mental illness. Any donations made in her name would be deeply appreciated. Thank you.
