Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit Ivan's JustGiving page.
On October 5, 2023, we said goodbye to an extraordinary individual, a husband, father and grandad, who dedicated a lot of time to serving the community. Ivan's family would like donations from his celebration of life to go to the Romney Marsh Community Hub an organisation and community that he got a lot of joy from.
The family has chosen this charity because Ivan Langridge was not just a name; he was the heart and soul of the Romney Marsh Community Hub.
Ivan's involvement with the hub started as a volunteer, devoting his time, energy, and enthusiasm to make the hub a better place. Over the years, he took on the role of Chairman, a position from which he continued to contribute to the running of the hub. In his most recent role as President, Ivan provided a guiding light for the hub, ensuring it continued to be a beacon of hope for the Romney Marsh community.
Ivan's regular visits were not out of obligation but out of love for the place and the people it served. He wanted to see it thrive, to see it reach its full potential, and to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who turned to it for support and community.
In memory of Ivan Langridge, the family aim is to carry forward his legacy. We strive to honor his love, and his passion for the Romney Marsh Community Hub. By contributing to this JustGiving page, you are not merely donating; you are helping us continue the work Ivan held so dear. Your support will ensure that the hub remains a place of solace, growth, and opportunity for all who seek it.
Please consider making a donation in Ivan's memory. Let us collectively ensure that his spirit lives on, that his impact endures, and that the Romney Marsh Community Hub continues to flourish as a tribute to his remarkable life. Thank you for being a part of this lasting legacy.
