Story
The ‘Hospice at Home’ carers from Sue Ryder in Leckhampton supported Richard during his final weeks. They were the most incredible group of people who treated him with dignity, respect and unbelievable kindness. Palliative care is challenging for the whole family and having the support of Sue Ryder was invaluable.
In memory of Richard, Sally, Em, Rita and Lucy will be taking part in the Starlight Hike on 17th October to raise money for this incredible charity.
Sue Ryder Starlight Hike provides an opportunity to get together with family and friends under the stars to celebrate the life of someone special and help ensure no one faces death or grief alone.
Every year our Sue Ryder Nurses and bereavement professionals provide care and support to thousands of people facing their darkest days. But we can't do it without you.
Through sponsorship, you can help make every step count towards compassionate and expert end-of-life care and grief support for families in need.
