In memory of Venkatesh (also lovingly known as Venky, Prakash, Venks & KHV)
Our dad fought brain cancer for close to 2 years, always with a smile on his face and energy to dance, sing, and make others around him laugh.
Instead of flowers, or if you can't make it to the funeral, we would love if you could donate to this page and show our gratitude for the hospice team. All proceeds go to Woking Hospice, who supported and cared for our dad in his last few days. Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care is a charity that provides end-of-life care.
The level of care was absolutely incredible, and all the carers, nurses and doctors made him feel comfortable up until the last minute. He was surrounded by positivity and good spirits throughout his time there. We grew up in Goldsworth Park, right where the hospice is, and have so many fond memories with our dad of going to the playground there, feeding the ducks and taking walks around the lake :)
