Indi is 8 years old and, a few months ago, she heard an advert on the radio in her grandad’s car about raising money for Cancer Research UK. Inspired by the idea, she asked her mum if she could take on her own challenge to help support the charity.

Like many busy parents, her mum agreed but hadn’t yet organised anything. Not one to wait around, Indi took matters into her own hands. She went to see her headteacher and asked if she could speak in assembly about her fundraising challenge and why she wanted to help people affected by cancer.

Now, Indi has committed to running 3km every single day for a month. It’s a big challenge for an 8 year old, but she is determined to see it through and make a difference.

Any donation, big or small, would mean so much. Your support will not only help fund vital cancer research, but it will also encourage a young girl who has shown incredible determination, kindness and courage in setting herself such an ambitious goal.
