Things you sign up for to get away from the kids for a weekend…. :D

All the support would be very much appreciated! Those who know me are well aware that running has not been high on my agenda in the past 5 years so this is a very belated come back… it will hurt!

Below is a brief on the charity that we are running for:

Meeting Needs is a charitable foundation dedicated to awarding life-changing grants to small charities. These grants are funded through the generous contributions raised within the meetings and events industry. Our foundation plays a vital role in supporting small charities that make a positive impact in their communities around the world by providing them with financial assistance to further their missions.

In recent years, we have provided grants that have made the following impact:

£5,000 to support 10 couples suffering baby loss in the UK

£5,000 to provide emergency healthcare for a community of 7,000 in rural Tanzania

£5,000 to support trauma-informed counselling for 60 survivors of human trafficking in the UK

£2667.60 to provide reading and education support to 135 children in Mexico
