Move for Mental Health: The Great Race

This is Informed’s fourth annual fundraising campaign, following our collective efforts in 2023, completing a 11,072-mile journey of the UK coastline, and a 10,562-mile journey from Altrincham to Sydney in 2021, and longer return leg in 2022, all in aid of Manchester Mind.

Our aim for this year’s challenge is to continue to drive inclusivity and encourage all our colleagues to be active. Introducing a team element, our people are putting their best foot forwards, spurring on their teammates, and fostering some healthy competition.

The race will see 11 teams competing to have travelled the furthest when they all cross the finish line at our Altrincham HQ on Friday May 31. As we continue to grow as a business, this year will see the largest amount of our people take part, with over 90 participants, and therefore we have set a collective target of 15,000 miles, as we look to set an Informed personal best distance!

Any donations or sponsorships are hugely appreciated, and go directly towards supporting vulnerable people in our local community.

Manchester Mind is an independent, local charity, which supports over 7,000 children, young people and adults each year. We believe that everyone deserves to be supported in their mental health needs and we have a part to play in that.
