This Movember, the Ingersoll Rand Redditch team is putting down the razors and taking on the challenge of growing moustaches and beards to raise money for men's health. Some of us might end up looking distinguished, while others may look like they've lost a bet, but it's all in support of an incredible cause.

Every day, fathers, partners, brothers, sons, friends and colleagues face health challenges that too often go unspoken. Men are still dying too young from preventable causes, and that's something we want to help change.

That's why we're supporting Movember, the leading charity focused on changing the face of men's health. Through funding vital research and programmes tackling prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention, Movember is helping men live happier, healthier and longer lives.

Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men's health projects around the world, making a real difference where it's needed most.
