Hello,

On Sunday 1 September 2024, I will be running the Big Half in London in memory of our wonderful Ci.

We lost Cian far too soon to an undiagnosed heart condition at 24 years old. This was a boy with the biggest smile, the kindest heart, most infectious laugh and someone we all love dearly and miss everyday.

I am raising money for the British Heart Foundation to help prevent lives, both young and old, from being lost due to undiagnosed and diagnosed heart conditions. The BHF has contributed to reducing the number of people dyingcirculatory disease in the UK by half. However, every day, hundreds of people still lose their lives.

I would really appreciate your support, no matter the sum in raising money for this wonderful charity and look forward to toasting to Ci post-run with anyone that would like to join.
