Bravehearts NI is a local charity that supports teenagers and adults across Northern Ireland living with congenital heart disease, offering vital pastoral and welfare assistance to them and their families.

We are fundraising for Bravehearts NI in memory of our much-loved brother, cousin, and friend, Gerard. Throughout Gerard’s illness, the team at Bravehearts NI were a constant source of kindness, compassion, and support for him and for our family.

To honour everything they did for Gerard, we are taking part in the Belfast City Marathon to raise funds so that many others like him can continue to benefit from this wonderful and essential charity, which plays a crucial role within the ACHD team at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
