You will see my story below but just to add to this. It is now 14th February and to date have now lost one stone 9 lbs and am feeling so much better. Still planning to lose another two stones.

Over the years, I have experienced significant fluctuations in my weight, and I am now on a personal journey to lose weight, get fitter, and embrace a healthier lifestyle by losing 3 stone! I am part of an amazingly supportive Slimming World group at Marazion in Penzance, led by Donna.

This journey is not just about me; it is about attributing a greater purpose to my efforts. I have been inspired by Freedom In Christ and all the work they do, and I would like as many people as possible to experience Jesus' freedom.

By participating in this personal challenge of losing weight, I aim to raise funds for the campaign "Give the gift of freedom." Your support will help Freedom In Christ spread the message of Jesus' freedom to those who need it most.
