Horatio's Garden is a national charity creating and caring for gardens in spinal centres of NHS hospitals to improve the lives of everyone affected by spinal injury. There are currently five Horatio's Gardens, with a sixth being created in Wales this year. It is their vision to have a thriving Horatio's Garden in all 11 NHS spinal injury centres throughout the UK.
