Inside Out Symposium 2026: Ending Cruelty, Protecting Animals

Jo Middleton is raising money for Naturewatch Foundation
Since 1991, Naturewatch Foundation has been committed to enhancing animal welfare in the UK and worldwide, with the ultimate goal of ending animal cruelty. This is achieved by political campaigning and lobbying, alongside a strong emphasis on raising awareness about animal welfare through education.

Story

Canine Principles' Inside Out Symposium 2026 was a celebration of everything we care about: kinder, more ethical, evidence-led ways of understanding and protecting animals This symposium fundraised for two charities doing brilliant work - A-Law and Naturewatch Foundation. This page supports Naturewatch Foundation.

Naturewatch Foundation has been working to end animal cruelty and raise welfare standards since 1991, both here in the UK and around the world. Their campaigns reach right into the issues our community sees every day: tackling puppy farming through undercover investigations, promoting responsible dog ownership through Operation Recall, exposing wildlife crime, and championing the link between animal abuse and human violence through their Protect Animals, Protect People work. They also founded World Animal Day back in 2003.

Fundraising for Naturewatch is really important to enable them to carry on the work they do, particularly because Naturewatch has no government or corporate funding. They rely entirely on people like us to keep going. They run lean, so as much as possible reaches the animals who need it. Every donation, however small, helps them carry on protecting animals and the communities around them. Thank you for giving what you can.
