Why We Are Raising Money for Crisis?

On September 18th, our team—Mat, Esther, Nicola, and Tina—will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for Crisis, the national charity dedicated to ending homelessness. This challenge involves climbing Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, covering 24 miles and ascending over 5,000 feet in just one day. It's a tough journey, but it's nothing compared to the daily struggles faced by those experiencing homelessness.

Meet Our Team

Our team is a diverse group of three women and one man, with three of us proudly over the age of 50. We come from different walks of life, but we share a common goal: to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. We believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home, and we're committed to supporting Crisis in their mission to end homelessness.

About Crisis

Crisis is a national charity that provides vital services to people experiencing homelessness. They offer support in finding housing, employment, and education, and work tirelessly to break down the barriers that prevent people from escaping homelessness

Crisis also campaigns for systemic changes to prevent homelessness before it starts. In 2023-24, Crisis provided intensive, one-to-one support to over 5,000 people, helping them to end their homelessness for good
