Throughout November we will be arranging a sponsored boxing boot camp to raise money for Action For Humanity, helping those impacted by the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. The human misery we have seen since the 7th October is devastating, the UN has reported more than 7,000 people, including children, have been killed in Palestine and Israel and more than 23,000 have been injured. 1.4 million people have been displaced from their homes and food/water supplies are dwindling.

The event will take place on 26/11/2023 @ The Boxers Booth, Govan (12 - 5) and will allow you to…

• Compete against your colleagues/friends whilst exercising.

• Work out under the guidance of professional personal trainers.

• Work up a sweat and raise money all for a good cause.

All fitness abilities are welcome, the session will be split into 5 – 1hr sessions with breaks in between as well as people having use of other gym equipment such as weights, treadmills and exercise bikes.
