I’m taking on Barts Hike for Health 2026 to support Barts Charity.

I had open heart surgery at St Barts. The staff could not have been better. They were like angels, looking after all my needs. I am recovered and would like to give back to those who saved my life.

Barts Charity goes above and beyond for families across London - funding pioneering research, supporting NHS staff, and helping to improve wards across the five hospitals of Barts Health NHS Trust with state-of-the-art equipment.

But it’s not just about the big things. They also fund the small, thoughtful touches that make a real difference - like phone charging stations in A&E or tote bags for families after a bereavement. Because in life’s toughest moments, the little things truly matter.
