Another year and another charity. For 2024, we will be supporting Dementia UK. When put out to vote, this was by far the leading winner. Not that others aren't worthy but this won by a clear margin. It obviously struck a cord with many people and we know from replies and the nomination that some have bene touched in a way by this condition. We aim to help in our small way.

In 2024, we want to do more than ever. Physical challenges, more cerebral ones, group events and smaller in-work fun ones. Please get involved and spread the word!
