Story
WOW! We had the most amazing year in 2025 - you helped us to distribute over 8,000kg of products in and around the local area!
We now have 20 local Community Partners (CPs) regularly receiving product donations from us, but we still have more organisations on our waiting list to become CPs with us.
With your help, we can raise funds so we can buy extra products when requested by those of us in need.
Thank you.

We still need all these products even though Christmas is 11 months away now!

Thank you all for your support so far in 2025.
Please help us raise funds to support those of us in need this Christmas. We are filling bags of essentials to distribute to our registered Community Partners this winter: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, deodorant, toothpaste & toothbrush. One bag currently costs us just over £4, so your donation of any amount is very welcome!

We need your help so we can purchase much needed items requested by the local groups in Ipswich (& surrounding areas) that we support. Whilst we generally rely on physical donations of hygiene products, often the need is far greater and more specific.
We always need: roll-on deodorant, washing powder, size 4-7 nappies, lip salve/balm and hair conditioner. Using these funds we can purchase these items (at special rates in bulk) and donate them to our registered partners you are waiting for support.

At The Hygiene Bank, we believe it is not right that feeling clean should be a luxury or a privilege for anyone in our society, yet many are living in poverty and cannot afford to stay clean. That is why our network of projects exists – to give people access to the basics they need.
We are a grassroots, people-powered charity and social movement, grounded in community. Our passion stems from the injustice that people may be unable to fully participate in society.
Everyone deserves to feel clean.
