Story
As anyone in their late 20s has figured out by now, running is not just great for physical health; it can also uplift your spirit and provide a sense of accomplishment that lasts for weeks! 😊
In the UK, around 1 in 4 adults experience a mental health problem each year, and only 1 in 6 report experiencing common mental health issues like anxiety and depression.
Having faced these challenges personally and supported loved ones through their struggles, I have found that exercise offers a fresh perspective and helps to clear the mind. Whether it is boxing, yoga, HIIT, surfing or running!
That's why I am incredibly excited to join the "Sport in Mind" team as their charity partner for the Berlin Super Half Marathon on March 29 (2026)!
"Sport in Mind" is the leading mental health sports charity in England and Wales. Their mission is to transform the nation’s mental health through sport, harnessing its power to inspire, educate and promote good mental health. 🥊 🏉 ⚽️
I invite you to support this vital cause by helping me reach my fundraising target of £500. Your contribution will not only support me, but also help countless individuals find solace & strength through sport. Any donation is welcome.
Plus... By donating, you get the chance to share your favourite running tune, which I will then add to the playlist that I'll be listening to during my training and the race! 🎵
Together, we can make a difference! 💪
