The Irish Cultural Centre (ICC) is a much loved vibrant community hub, but it needs your help.

The ongoing cost of living crisis and the rapid increase in service costs pose challenges for ICC. Your donation will be a lifeline, ensuring our community groups can flourish. Your contribution allows us to keep our activities either free or low-cost, welcoming all who wish to join them.

Beyond our renowned live events programme, we take pride in offering a diverse range of FREE Community Activities.

These serve as essential outlets, combating loneliness, isolation, and promoting general well-being. In 2023 alone, we've provided:

🎻 40+ Weekly Trad Sessions – A musical gathering blending culture and community for 70+ attendees every week.

🏋️ 45+ Exercise Classes – Bringing fitness, social joy and good health to around 15 participants weekly.

🎤 45+ Group Singing Sessions – Promoting well-being, skills learning and social connection for at least 25 attendees each week.

🧵 45+ Craft Group Meetings – Offering skills learning and a social outlet with 20+ participants weekly.

📜 45+ Weekly Poetry Group – Nurturing creativity and expression for 9+ poeteach week.

Additionally, our Monthly Community offerings this year include:

🤝 12x 1-1 Monthly Digital Support Sessions – Providing assistance to 7+ individuals each time.

💃 12x Tea Dances – A monthly gathering engaging 100+ community members.

📚 12x Book Club Group Meetings – A social literary outlet for approximately 7 people.

🎙️ 12x Live Irish Arts & Culture Radio Show Episodes – Spreading the joy of Irish arts over the airwaves.

This vibrant community engagement requires time, dedication, and financial support. With your generosity, we can continue and expand our offerings in 2024.
