Story
I did it! On September 27, 2025 I dived off the edge for The Myton Hospices and abseiled 90 feet down the iconic Coventry Cathedral on September 27, 2025 (with my eyes closed and thoughts focused on a cuppa tea back on the ground!). This thrilling sporting challenge was not just about conquering heights; it’s about making a significant impact in the lives of those who need it most. As many of you know, I am not an athlete, but I am a risk-taker when the cause is good enough - and the cause is most definitely good enough!
This year, we aimed to raise an incredible £60,000 to support The Myton Hospices in their mission to provide dedicated care and support for individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families. So far, we've smashed that target at £83,000, but our work is far from finished. With a staggering target of £11 million needed this year, every contribution counts. Your support can help ensure that compassionate care is available for those who rely on it during their most challenging times.
I invite you to join me in this vital cause. Please consider donating in recognition of the challenge I undertook - you won't regret it (I know I don't!). Together, we can make a difference and help The Myton Hospices continue their essential work. Thank you for your generosity and support!
Thank you for believing in me — and in Myton. 💜
