I have always wanted to do an Ironman. Partically, ironman Wales, as my husband completed this while I was going through my first round of IVF.

After spending years trying for a baby then years having IVF treatment I vowed I would do an Ironman when Winnie was old enough to put up with me not being around so much! So here we are. As crazy as I feel about it , I am already training hard and hope it puts me in good stead to get to the finish line!

Winnie means the absolute world to me , and her school , means the world to her ! She loves everything about her school life and for that I am so grateful. Seagry is a tiny little rural school which by no fault of its own , struggles with numbers which means it struggles with money. The much needed funds can go towards vital sports equipment for the children.

Ironman Wales is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and a 26.2 mile run and takes place on the 22nd September 2024. I know times are tough but please sponsor me if you feel you can. Myself and Winnie will be forever grateful x
