Yorkshire 3 Peaks · 26 September 2025

We are Headway Salford, Trafford & North Manchester we host a regular drop-in day centre for people with acquired brain injuries, as well as providing services for carers. We offer art therapy , signposting for benefits, exercise, social events as well as peer support.

Story

This September, a dedicated team of 10 from Irwin Mitchell's Manchester Court of Protection Team and RBC Brewin Dolphin will be lacing up their boots and taking on the iconic Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge—a gruelling 24-mile trek across Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, with a bold goal to complete the route in under 12 hours.

We’re doing this in support of Headway Salford and Trafford, a local charity that provides life-changing support to individuals and families affected by brain injury. Their work is vital—offering rehabilitation, advocacy, and a sense of community to those navigating the challenges of recovery and adjustment.

Every step we take is for those who face daily struggles most of us can’t imagine. By donating, you’re helping Headway continue their incredible work—whether that’s funding therapy sessions, supporting carers, or simply being there when someone needs to talk.

We’d be incredibly grateful for your support. Whether it’s a donation, a share, or a cheer from afar, it all makes a difference.

Let’s climb for a cause. Let’s walk with purpose. Let’s make every peak count.
