Alzheimer Scotland is a charity lose to my heart. My dad died of Alzheimer’s 9 years ago at the age of 72. I miss him dearly, however as a family we lost him many years before he died due to his illness.

Alzheimer Scotland provided both my mum and dad with so much support, including the Bumgalow Day Centre that my dad attended.

My training for the Lochness Marathon has begun and I am hoping to raise some money to give back to keep places like the Bunglaow open and ongoing research into this disease.
