In the summer of 2024 my oldest brother passed away suddenly which changed the way I look at the world and it encourages me to put myself out there and challenge myself to do new things.

I am challenging myself to climb to Everest base camp which is 5,364 meters above sea level. While I'm doing this, I am raising money for Meningitis Research Foundation as it is a life threatening illness which can come on very suddenly and primarily targets young adults and newborns. I believe that it is important to raise awareness and support towards the research that this charity do as it can help prevent a number of people losing a loved one.
