This May, I’ll be joining Regenerate on an incredible adventure Ride 1000!

This huge challenge will take us from London, riding 1000 miles across Europe, through 10 countries, over the Alps, and finally arriving in Venice two weeks later.

I’ll be doing it with an amazing group of people from all walks of life including some of the inspiring young people whose lives have been transformed by Regenerate’s work. This charity creates real opportunities for youth to thrive, dream big, and build a better future.

As some of you may know, I’ve taken part in a few of these trips before – and they never get easier! They’re challenging physically, mentally, and emotionally, but they are also incredibly rewarding and life-changing.

🧭 On the last Ride in 2023 “Rome to Home” we raised £80,000 and created 50 new job opportunities for young people. That journey also changed my own life: I met an incredible person, Tim, who gave me the opportunity to work for his company something I’ll always be grateful for.

This year’s Ride 1000 will push me even further. I’ll need to dig deep and keep going through long, tough days but I’ll be sharing regular updates and motivational reels so you can follow along and be part of the adventure.
