This summer, I’m taking on a four-day, 482km cycling challenge in support of Action Medical Research - the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children’s lives through medical research. For 65 years, AMR have helped pioneer ways to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people. Their research has played a crucial role in beating polio in the UK, developing ultrasound technology, fighting meningitis, and preventing stillbirths.
I will be starting in North Sussex and finishing on the iconic Roubaix velodrome, the route blends history and heritage—tracing battlefields through Dover, Dunkirk, Ypres, and Ghent—before tackling the famous cobbles of Flanders and Roubaix.
Every kilometer I ride is to raise vital funds for Action Medical Research’s work to fight rare diseases, develop new treatments, and give children a healthier future. Please support this incredible cause and help make breakthroughs possible—one pedal stroke at a time.
