Johnnie and Ed are together running the Cardiff Half marathon .A first big busy event for Ed but Johnnie is his” buddy “runner although I hope Johnnie can keep up !!

They are running to raise funds and awareness of Horatio s Garden- a charity which supports Welsh patients at the Welsh Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Centre at the University Hospital Llandough. It opened in 2022 providing a fantastic important accessible outdoor garden for patients and families at this unit .

We all realise the huge benefits of being able to access fresh air and open spaces and for patients facing life changing injuries and a long hospital stay this is even more important .
