I am organising and participating in a 15 mile sponsored walk. The money raised will pay for the construction of a staff house at Maboha Village Clinic. This will cost £11,000 and will enable the nurse who runs the clinic to live onsite. Maboha is one of the 15 primary care clinics that FUM supports. Over the past 11 years the money raised by the sponsored walks has helped ensure that all of these clinics have a reliable source of clean water and we are now concentrating on improving the facilities at the clinics.
